VERSATILITY
AHRENS lining system is listed for use with all fuels
(wood, coal, gas & oil). Flue forms are available from 4 inches
to 4 feet in diameter and also in equivalent oblong shapes to fit
rectangular chimneys. AHRENS can be used for residential, commercial
and industrial chimneys to a height of 250'.
EXTERIOR APPEARANCE
MAINTAINED
AHRENS can prevent the need to tear down deteriorated
chimneys, thus allowing the exterior appearance to remain the same,
a particularly important consideration for historical projects. Utilizing
the existing chimney results in cost savings to the owner.

CONTINUOUS LINER
The AHRENS liner is normally installed in one continuous
pour which means there are no seams or joints to leak or separate.
STRUCTURAL STRENGTH
The continuous poured liner provides increased strength
to any masonry chimney. The liner offers an interlocking bond to existing
masonry by filling any deteriorated mortar joints, cracks or crevices.
2-LINER SYSTEM
AHRENS FIRST LINER INSULATIVE VALUE
The AHRENS mix is dual purpose, providing
an insulated flue to keep inside flue temperatures higher (reducing
condensation) while reducing heat transfer to the outside of the chimney.
AHRENS SECOND LINER SEALS AND PROTECTS
The second liner seals and protects the
first liner. It cures to a hard finish which is resistant to acids
and moisture. It will not be damaged by normal cleaning and maintenance.
